This company is horrible. They disconnected my banking information for no reason and has not allowed me to change it. This has resulted in late fees and charges that could have been avoided. I try calling and emailing and get no response! It's like they DON 'T want you to be able to change your info to get your balance paid. They refuse to allow me to change it to get this paid and it has become adverse on my credit reports. This has been going on for MONTHS. Can someone from this company PLEASE CALL ME. I simply want to pay my balance, PLEASE.
