Walmart capital one added that I was late XX/XX/2021 when I had a auto payment scheduled. Regardless the fact I have two payments paid that month overall there excuse when I talked to them was that because the auto payment wasnt enough cover the exact amount needed be paid it showed as I didnt pay which is not my fault because I have them on auto payment and they should be okay with raising it if needed if I supposedly owe more not wait and give me bad remark and I always pay everyone I have no other negative remarks on my credit cards. I want keep it professional keep my 7 year relationship with them. I called tried speak for help three times last day was today XX/XX/XXXX and they stated they cant do anything about it. They wanted me send them what my credit report was saying because they are stating they did not add that I had a late payment. this is only negative thing on my account Im thankful for my partnership want to make it keep lasting but I would need help assisting me with this issue. I would really appreciate that this is removed from my credit report. I make all my payments on time and very grateful. Im just very confused why they keep saying they never reported it as a late payment when all my apps clearly state late. This is not right judgement i am very unhappy with them not making sense if autopay wasnt enough there system shouldve been the ones to update it they have my approval through autopay! I am not getting this!
