availed of CAPITAL ONE 'S $ XXXX balance xfer offer for 0 % for 15 months with 2 % xtion fees in XX/XX/XXXX. been paying minimum or more monthly pymts. hv other similar xtions w/ other cc companies that showed promo expiration dates on stmts & provide XXXX days to pay full bal w/o penalty. then came XX/XX/XXXX stmt w/ {$100.00} interest. i assumed 0 % finally ended so i paid full bal 3 wks after but more int showed on XX/XX/XXXX stmt so i called & pleaded abt waiving int & told had to borrow for $ XXXX full pymt just to clear acct but not even an amt for courtesy adj was made that other cc companies do esp pandemic time. i complained abt not putting exp date on stmt but supervisor was tough so i agreed acct to be closed. however in XX/XX/XXXX, been getting collection calls so i checked & late fees+int continued to accrue to {$290.00} so i called again. pled w/ another supervisor for waiver & asked if i cld just pay orig {$100.00} & consider debt forgiveness for the rest b/c i'm still unemployed w/ XXXX 4 yrs now, benefits denied, on food stamps, wife 's earnings seasonal only, home pymts unpaid since last yr etc. supervisor was either deaf or no heart for concerns at hand even after saying other companies are helping their clients b/c of pandemic effects. he agreed tho that promo expiration dates shld be on cc stmts & wld suggest it to admin. acct is XXXX if that helps. thanks!
