The bank Facebank, since XX/XX/XXXX, has decided to freeze my funds ( {$2700.00} ) without notifying me of the product of this action, internally they do not handle the same information for my case, both the Call Center staff and the Account executive do not know be accountable for what happens. I have endured all my movements and operations and to this day I have no information or solution to the case, I don't even know what is the cause of the withholding of my funds.
