XX/XX/XXXX EXPERIAN XXXX Experian XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX This complaint is filed against Experian for the harm caused to my credit as a result of the lack process in investigating the disputes filed against XXXX XXXX at least 7 times in the last year. I was most appalled yesterday XX/XX/XXXX after I received the XXXX results of the 2 disputes that EXPERIAN issued for 2 XXXX XXXX cards starting with XXXX and XXXX submitted on XX/XX/XXXX where Experian concluded on XX/XX/XXXX that the information in my dispute were verified as accurate despite, I submitted evidence of the credit card statements being issued as business credit cards under a business name, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX as the account holder and I was just the signor. XXXX XXXX sent me a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that I have attached where it is stated that XXXX XXXX can not provide me the proof that I requested them to provide to support their claim that I bare personal responsibility for the business credit cards. They can not provide such proof according to them because they only keep records for 5 years. XXXX XXXX has no records to prove their claim, yet they keep abusing me and keep violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act by reporting false information they can not support with either a personal credit card application or business credit card application and credit card agreement that shows that I applied for the cards under my name or I agreed to pay for the business credit cards. Without any documents to support their claim, EXPERIAN can not continue to keep contacting XXXX XXXX who continues to provide false information each time. On XX/XX/XXXX, the same day the XX/XX/XXXX dispute was completed by EXPERIAN, my credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX and went up to XXXX after I complained. The score further went up to XXXX, then on XX/XX/XXXX, the same day the last dispute submitted on XX/XX/XXXX was completed, my score dropped 47 points from XXXX to XXXX. Nothing changed in my credit file, not a thing. There a pattern of being victimized by EXPERIAN for no reasons when nothing in credit file changed and they do so each time a dispute about XXXX XXXX is completed. Experian decided to intentionally ignore the proof provided on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX that I submitted and insisted the business credit cards are individual responsibility by simply contacting XXXX XXXX and did request nor obtain any proof XXXX XXXX such as a signed consumer credit card application and signed consumer credit card agreement to support their confirmation statements. So, Experian concluded despite evidence I submitted showing the XXXX Statements showing thee 2 cards in question are business credit cards and not consumer credit cards, yet XXXX XXXX words of deceit by passing business credit cards as consumer credit cards were taken over the evidence submitted while the evidence is XXXX XXXX own statements which I am resubmitting. In their own letter attached, they admitted that the credit cards were business credit cards and not personal credit cards. This abuse must stop. My score should be restored to XXXX and EXPERIAN must stop manipulating my credit file every time, they contact XXXX XXXX who continues to falsely confirm that these credit cards are personal credit cards. EXPERIANs conduct is harming my ability to get credit currently. I had mortgage applications that were declined on XX/XX/XXXX and were reconsidered by the lender after I informed them that my score went up to XXXX. Now my score being maliciously dropped by 47 points when there is no new derogatory information added and my pending mortgage will be aborted for sure once the lender performs another credit check before I close the mortgage later this month. The 2 XXXX XXXX business cards must be deleted since XXXX XXXX confirmed to me on XX/XX/XXXX that they can not produce any proof to support their claim that these credit cards are my responsibility. Experian should look into their own records to observe that these two cards were never reported under my credit file in XXXX and XXXX when these two cards were opened, instead XXXX XXXX decided to charge off these two cards under my personal credit file in XXXX when the business closed and stopped paying XXXX XXXX for payments owed on the 2 cards. This should be obvious to EXPERIAN that if these cards were opened in XXXX and XXXX, why were they never reported to any credit reporting agency as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act under my credit file with Experian or any other credit reporting agency. Experian must exercise good judgment to decide who is honest and dishonest in this dispute. If the credit cards were mine, why XXXX XXXX never reported them as consumer credit under as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act in XXXX and XXXX when they were opened. They were not reported because they were not mine and when the business failed to pay XXXX XXXX after it closed in XXXX, in XXXX, XXXX XXXX wrongfully decided to charge off the corporate cards under my credit file. Attached is my XX/XX/XXXX Experian credit report that I am submitting as proof that shows the 2 XXXX XXXX credit cards were never part of my credit file prior to XXXX and these cards were viciously added in XXXX. My credit was stellar at XXXX prior to XXXX and since XXXX, I have been badly damaged and abused by XXXX XXXX for 4 years with a false claim which they continue to confirm every time EXPERIAN contacts them for my disputes. I am paying a 19 percent interest rate on my car loan with XXXX XXXX because of the harm caused by XXXX XXXX. Now, there is enough proof provided to delete these two XXXX XXXX accounts immediately, regardless of XXXX XXXX continue to mislead and lie about the facts. Sincerely, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
