I am begging for help with TransUnion they have placed a fraud account on my credit report for US DEPT OF EDUCATION. I have explained a million times that I have never been to college or taken a loan in my name for education for my self or anyone else. I previously submitted a police report and an identity theft report. I called to follow up they told me they never got it but some of the accounts that was included on that report they deleted. I called back to follow up again the Rep said he could not look back in the files at old information even if this account was included. They have made this an entire nightmare. I have been trying to get this account that someone else opened off my credit but it seems as a punishment someone will not " READ & UNDERSTAND '' THIS A FRAD ACCOUNT OPENED IN MY NAME. Each time I contact CFPB Transunion responds that this matter must be investigated which they never do please look at all the complaint and have them delete this account IMMEDIATELY.
