I have been trying to remove incorrect information from my Equifax credit report for the last 2+ months. I filed online disputes on XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, and XX/XX/2021, and in none of those cases were the errors corrected to my satisfaction. I also called the customer support line twice on XX/XX/2021, but was unable to properly initiate a dispute due to their systems being " down for maintenance ''. In all of these cases, I was unable to get incorrect names, date of birth, SSN, addresses, and credit accounts completely removed from my account. With the exception of the XX/XX/2021 dispute, I never received a readable document showing the results of my disputes ( the PDF files provided were consistently corrupted ). I have had to use my allocation of 6 free credit reports to view an update, which is how I discovered the consistently incorrect Further, the result of the XX/XX/2021 dispute resulted in my previously correct current address and date of birth being changed into *incorrect* information.
