While I was getting a loan, the bank had mentioned that my credit and payment history is excellent but of one negative on my report for delinquent payments. I said I pay all of my loans. They mentioned Affirm and I have no idea who they are. I called Affirm. They wouldnt give me any information because none of the questions they asked me matched. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. Again none of our info matched. I asked them if they have my ss # so I could say my last 4, and they said they dont have my ss #. I asked if they could email me what I could do. They dont even have my email address. I asked them what this was for and they said they can give me that information. I have disputed this with XXXX. They cant even give me info what is it that I supposedly bought. I dont know what else to do but just know that anyone can put something negative on my credit report without having my personal information. I do whatever I can to keep my credit good and something like this is so frustrating and irritating that theres nothing I can do to maintain this. I feel helpless and I dont understand why I'm getting stuck paying someone else 's stuff. If I'm going to get stuck with this payment can I atleast get whatever it is?? Thank You! XXXX XXXX
