Paypal has never allowed any transactions to process unless i had the available balance in one of my link bank accounts. I attempted to make a purchase with on a thirdparty website that accepted paypal for payment. The third party accepted my payment method of paypal. While processing payment i ended up short on funds so there was not an available balance dor processing. This happened with 12 hours of placing my order. Since paypal had never prior processed a payment with having an available balance to do so. I believed that my order would be canceled which had happened everytime before. I received a package 2 weeks later from the third party company and had no idea how. My bank accounts were not negative {$170.00}. I checked my paypal wondering how i got this package and i discovered they suddenly decided to grant me pay later when i was previously never allowed. All done without my knowledge ans authorization
