I sent a letter to TransUnion dated XX/XX/2021 requesting the accounts showing on my credit report for XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX be validated or removed from my credit report. The items continued to report the following month after TransUnion 's 30 day investigation. I sent another letter dated XX/XX/2021 requesting verifiable proof of the accounts that were showing on my credit report for the accounts listed as XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. In the letter dated XX/XX/2021 I also requested the original contract with my signature be provided to me to show I am responsible for these alleged debts as I am entitled to receive according to the FCRA under Section 609. As of today, XX/XX/2021, I have not received anything in writing to show verifiable proof that I am responsible for the accounts showing for XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX on my credit report. Without proof and my signature to show I am responsible for these alleged debts, TransUnion is allowing anyone to furnish them with information stating it is about me and alleging to be my debt. TransUnion has violated my consumer rights by reporting this unverifiable information on my credit report.
