On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I paid a {$11000.00} down payment. After signing contract and closing the deal, weeks later the dealership states the finance fell through. I was not informed of the dealer running my credit after deal was complete. The dealer would tell me that they were working on a new deal with the finance company that would lower my payments. I informed the dealership not to run my credit no longer and Im requesting them to fix it. Before going to the dealership my credit score was XXXX, after the deal, my credit dropped to XXXX. The dealer had run my credit and lowered my credit score to XXXX. I only found out about them running my credit was by getting credit alerts. even after demanding they stop running my credit, they continued to submit my info to banks, lowering my score even more. I have attempted to speak with them in reference to this and no results. I had to pay for damage caused to the tires on the vehicle due to an employee at the dealership over and under inflating the tires. I was informed the vehicle had proper maintenance done it. That was not done, the oil light came on the next day, which I had to pay for myself. The only solution the dealship has is to allow them to keep running my credit to close the deal. They are concered about closing the deal, but I am more concerned with how they tore my credit down without my authorization.
