On or about XX/XX/21 there was a collection account added to my credit report. So I immediately disputed the item to the two credit agencies that they were on. XXXX updated and removed the item in two days, since I sent them the proof of payment. The same day I submitted a dispute with Transunion, and uploaded the same information I sent to XXXX. Every few days I would check on the status of the dispute, it will always say in process and it will take about 30 days to complete. Today I login to Transunion to check for the status and its gone, just disappeared and had to file a whole new dispute again and start over from the beginning. I feel like I shouldnt have to wait another 30 days for this to be resolved since they are the ones who made the mistake. I was looking to make a large purchase but have been stuck now waiting on Transunion, XXXX fixed it ASAP why cant Transunion.
