I received notice through my credit monitoring app that I had a number of collections posted to my credit reports. These accounts are not mine. At or around XX/XX/2021 I submitted letters to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX requesting verification of these collections/ charge-offs and to see proof that these accounts were mine since I am the only one who can truly verify this debt. I did not give them permission to share this information. It has been over 30 days and have not received an updated report, nor any documents with signature from the companies in question, even the bureaus. They are in violation of FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 2 ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) as well as 15 United States Code 1681i for no response within a reasonable time limit.
