I sent Capio Partners , LLC a U.S. certified debt validation letter approximately on XX/XX/2021 ) requesting that it also provides my legal authorization and initiation for it to gain access to my personal information. Capio responded with a letter ( see attached XXXX dated XX/XX/2021. The letter does not include what i requested for legal authorization debt validation, permissible purpose, nor how it accessed my personal information to report to major credit reporting bureaus ( for example, XXXX and XXXX ). The letter from Capio states that the account is closed and returned to the client. I do not know who the client is. The letter also lists an account number.
