I have been challenging this negative account for a year. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent in a dispute asking for an investigation in reference to the account after 45 days. I received a copy of the credit report that the account was verified as accurate. After reading the laws there was no way they did an investigation and the account was reporting accurate. So, I sent in another letter in XX/XX/XXXX disputing the Date Last Activity which is reporting inaccurate and erroneous information Transunion XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Date Last Activity came back verified. I disputed the High Balance Transunion {$4700.00}, XXXX {$0.00}, XXXX {$4700.00}. this came back verified. I disputed the last payment Transunion XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. this came back verified. the Credit limit was disputed Transunion {$4000.00}. XXXX {$4000.00} and XXXX -. The Account close date XX/XX/XXXX per Transunion and XXXX and XXXX not reporting a close date but still reporting CO in the 2year payment history.
