On XX/XX/XXXX " NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC '' began to report a {$8500.00} collection account to my credit report. The original account is an apartment complex named " XXXX XXXX ''. I have never lived at this apartment complex and this account is a result of identity theft. I have made a police report with my local police department as well as filled out an FTC Identity theft report and sent it in to " NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC '' and they refuse to stop reporting this account to the credit bureaus! This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They should not be reporting this account to the credit bureaus after receiving my police report. I sent the Police Report in XX/XX/XXXX last, but have sent it multiple times in the past.
