On XX/XX/2014, I filed paperwork for a bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was dismissed because I changed my mind and didnt pay the court cost for it to be official filed. I never went to court, turned in any additional information, or paid a fee. The bankruptcy is being erroneously reported by all three credit bureaus. I have disputed this many times. The wording was updated with one of the credit bureaus, changed from XXXX to dismissed, but the bankruptcy was never removed. I have disputed this about 5 times. I believe the credit bureaus are improperly investigating this matter correctly resulting in a negative impact on my credit. I am requesting this information be removed from my credit history. Again, I did file initial papers to the court, but changed my mind and did not go through with the bankruptcy and paid off creditors. I would also like to request that all creditors who requested my credit in the past 60 days, are notified and provided an updated report.
