On XX/XX/2021 I notice a bankruptcy alert in my credit report, from which I was unaware of.I proceeded to call the original creditor which phone num was XXXX, ask them for information regarding the bankruptcy the lady ask for my full name but in her system I appeared to be located in Texas, which is wrong I dont. I communicate her that I couldnt be me and she asked for my social since I didnt have an account number ( because I never received letters to my house regarding the debt that I Own. She said that the only way to verify me was with my social which I denied saying it. I havent been to an ER facility in over a year plus I am not from around the area this ER is located at. I believe someone stole my identity and claimed this money, because they have my old phone number on file. I dont have any documents to upload because this people didnt even sent letters of notice otherwise I would had taken maters since the early beginning, before something like a bankruptcy under my identity would have happened.
