Consumer Narrative

I do not recognize this medical debt. I have asked the collection company numerous times to validate XXXX XXXX. Not once have a received a response from CAPITAL ACCOUNTS LLC. They are also illegally charging interest on this not validated or verified account. Last year XX/XX/2020 the collection showed a balance of XXXX}, now a year later it shows XXXX}. The credit bureaus are also of no help, I dont know where else to seek help. This is my last attempt to get answers before I seek legal help. Thank you.
