I opened an account with Wells Fargo 2 weeks ago using MY DRIVERS LICENSE and they used my physical address on there to open the account. I asked my mail to be forwarded to a PO BOX on a military base and they discriminated against me and lied to their bosses and told them I never had a physical address. ATTACHED is my DRIVERS LICENSE that proves they in fact did receive but chose to ignore it in order to deny me membership at their bank. Also attached is the letter they sent to lie and try to confuse me from the fact that they did lie and ignore my DRIVERS License address. The rep said it with his own mouth. I can use your physical address for the account and your P.O. Box on the base as your mailing address while you are temporarily here. He then told the XXXX woman something entirely different and they refused to fix it when I went into the branch and told them the mistake they made. The woman with XXXX was XXXX XXXX XXXX and tried to insult me for no reason telling me that I didnt belong at their bank.
