I spoke to a manager and an employee was told they dont do Debt Validation letter to prove the debt is mine. Told me they sent one already I said I never got one and they told me they dont have validation letters just itemized bills that I have to send in personal information to get. Told me from XX/XX/2019 I have a bill for over XXXX}. Told me I could dispute it but will not give me anything to further know about the bill. And I do not want to claim the bill if its an error.
