Dear XXXX XXXX : I received a letter from your office dated XX/XX/2021. Your company claims to represent the OAG regarding a purported debt I owe. This not only a false claim, but possibly represents a fraudulent matter on your personal behalf and your company. Please remove this claim immediately before I take swift legal action. I have already put the OAG on notice of my intentions ( in red ) : Dear Attorney XXXX : I received a collection notice from Revenue Group for {$6800.00}. The claim is that there are three account numbers with charges : Account Balance XXXX {$4200.00} XXXX {$310.00} XXXX {$2200.00} Naturally this supposed " collection agency '' has provide no back-up for these claims. Therefore, I believe this to be a claim and wish to report this probable illegal activity to your office for an investigation.
