On XXXX XXXX there was an unauthorized withdrawal of {$2000.00} from my checking account ( Wells Fargo Bank ) I called the bank as soon as I found out. Customer service rep. told me to file a claim with the police department which I did right away. Bank was also investigating my claim but never provide me with any updates. I been told that the transaction was made using my card and PIN. I had my card in my possession at all times and did not give my info to anyone. Bank never provide me with a video or any other proof who withdrew the money. Therefore, Wells Fargo Bank refusing to return my money without providing any additional info to me. I opened 2 claims and had the same answer. I would like to have your help to investigate this matter.
