So, long story short I had bought a large cage for my small animals that costed around {$300.00} from XXXX, since I knew I had other bills coming out, I applied for a loan through XXXX that would bill me monthly until it was paid off. Once I had realized I could pay the rest of it off in full, I did. About 2 weeks after it was paid off, I had noticed my Fico credit score on Experian drop by almost 50 points from very good to good! I am so upset over this as I need a new car and a great credit score and Ive been working so hard to keep it that way. I have proof it was paid off EARLIER than it was supposed to be, and yet it STILL went against my credit as an unpaid loan. Ive called the customer support and they have been of no help and also filed a dispute through Experian, which somehow didnt end up going in my favor.. I want my credit score brought back to its original state asap, and I want Experian to get better. I have no late bills and I dont deserve my credit to be tarnished like this when I paid a large bill off EARLY.
