Consumer Narrative
My principal payment only wasn't applied or reversed until XX/XX/2021, the payment was taken out of my account XX/XX/2021. I get charged a daily interest on the daily principal balance of the loan. XXXX is now reporting a incorrect balance on the loan than what Bridgcrest is showing on my statement. A difference of over {$400.00} more than what is actually owed on the loan as of today. I have included a snap shot of both.
