Hi I left XXXX over a year ago in pursuit of a cheaper monthly plan due to hardship which on numerous of times was discussed with XXXX Reps. I then went to XXXX who a little while after purchased XXXX. Before doing so, while at XXXX I contacted XXXX who stated I had a bill to settle for about {$300.00} dollars. XXXX would not take the XXXX Note that I had as a trade in so per XXXX I needed to return it and they would credit that to my account and I would only owe what was left and make a payment plan. I spoke to a XXXX XXXX who states they would send me the info to return the phone and after several other attempts that still did not happen I guess due to the pandemic chaos, im assuming. Then shortly after I started to get many many calls every day from a third party collections ( SOURCE RECEIVABLES MNG ), and now an attorney 's office ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX trying to sue and/or harassing me to settle the bill that I have honestly tried to settle with XXXX directly and now charging me over {$2300.00}.
