I have sent numerous emails to their customer support email I get five or six emails saying that I need to send a email that is linked to my account even though the account email that I was sending them was from my account email that is on file with my account I had then send a screenshot to whoever I was speaking to he then apologized but that is not my problem they are telling me that I need to submit evidence for this that and the third to update my banking information I have already explain to them that this account that is linked to this account is in the process of being closed and has been compromised and that its overdrawn by over {$1000.00} I have explain this repeatedly not only that I have also told them the new bank account information that I am giving them still has the employer and direct deposit payments when I originally set up this account from the same employer they are denying me to be able to make my payment on time they are denying me to update my bank information to be able to pay this debt off and not only that they are going to hit me with a bunch of late fees and other fees that are associated with late payments even though that I have been trying to deal with this for the last three weeks and give me a negative report on my credit bureau even though that this couldve easily been straightened out if their customer service department would have gave me the option to update my new checking information or take another form of payment I am frustrated at this point and I am literally sick of this company at this point I am asking you to step in to figure out what is going on with this company to hopefully fix it and to Where is somebody else wont have to deal with the frustration like I have a judging by some of the reviews on the XXXX XXXX I can tell that I am not the only person that is dealing with this issue from this company
