I have filed a previous complaint against Experian in complaint number XXXX. I explained that someone has used my personal information to open an account with XXXX. I have never had anything from them. My purse was stolen a few years ago with all my personal information. I explained to Experian that this is not my account they keep saying " verified '' when it's not mine at all. I can't believe how hard it is to get your credit reports corrected after a person has ruined your life and taken your identity. I am filing this complaint because I feel like Experian is not trying to help me at all. It is like they are just giving me a script response each and every time. This is stressful enough that this happened but now to be punished for something that I didn't even do. After submitting that information they responded they need authorization from me. The authorization was provided when I called them and told them that they are reporting a fradugelent account. They are sending computer generated responses not to delete this account. Please again I am asking this account be deleted.
