On XX/XX/2021 my payment went from XXXX to XXXX. I have contacted my Mortgage Company twice a month since then which includes XXXX Payment, XXXX Payment and XXXX Payment. My loan was transferred from IberbiaBank Mortgage to First Horizon Bank Mortgage. The issue is my Escrow more specifically Taxes and Insurances. My insurance hasn't changed and my taxes has went down being that I applied homestead. My yearly taxes are XXXX a year or XXXX a month and my insurance is XXXX per year or XXXX per month. This monthly should total XXXX going into Escrow. This doesn't include PMI however. My escrow in XXXX was XXXX and in XXXX it went to XXXX. Thats a difference in XXXX that they are charging me for. I have attempted 8 different times to work with them. I have talked to 3 different Supervisors and 5 different customer service representatives. Every month I get the same answer ... '' We will submit an escrow analysis '' and every month the payment still hasn't changed. The most recent conversation was they promised XXXX payment would reflect the updated payment and it still hasn't. I NEED HELP. This is negligence and should be considered serious.
