I've been paying my credit card for 4 years straight, I'd received 2 90days late on my credit report ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX & XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. I never missed any payments and it shows I have missed these payments.This reporting is hurting my credit score tremendously and is putting me through financial stress. I've contacted the company via phone and no action steps were taken to remove this incorrect information from my credit report. It hurts my name, it hurts me mentally and financially to know that I've been paying my card every month on time and my credit report is now damaged dramatically due to these two incorrect payment incidents. These late payments does not show my true ability to handle credit.
