Experian is persisting to report an inaccurate bankruptcy on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, they did not allow me to dispute the bankruptcy account because I had previously disputed this error. I have since received a response from XXXX the furnisher of the inaccurate information that the account has been deleted/removed. Experian is in violation of the FCRA in the act of continuing to report inaccurate information on my credit report. I even submitted the XXXX correspondence stating this bankruptcy has been removed. Unfortunately, Experian is not abiding by the FCRA rules and guidelines. The CFPB has the correspondence from XXXX, proving this bankruptcy has been deleted/removed ( Per XXXX ). Experian must delete this inaccurate account, and all accounts associated with it.
