Hello I am XXXX XXXX XXXX, age XXXX XXXX NC. and am professionally employed in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX industry for over 30 years and a resident of XXXX for 33 years. I am a homeowner with a mortgage for now 23 with stellar credit since at least XXXX per all 3 Bureaus. I check them often and even pay services to all 3! I tell you for very important reasons. On or around XX/XX/XXXX Equifax and them alone dropped my credit score over 101 points overnight ... while the other two went up 30 or so because I paid off a few credit card balances.. I was stunned. It took me over a week to figure out where the issue was hidden and I had to call Equifax. They had reported a deliquent Closed revolving account sent to a XXXX XXXX for a XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$1000.00}. Well, I have never lived in XXXX, I called this collections agency thinking this was ID theft ... and they did say no one matched my name and SS #. I filed an online dispute and 30 days it was removed. i later found 3 Department of Education Loans In Default taken around XXXX!! I was horrified ... I have not been a student to take any loan with a federal program at that time. I graduated from college in XXXX! I complained to Equifax again on their terrific mistakes and disputed ... finally they removed 2 but not the 3rd!!! see below!! I called the number listed and this is a SCAM NUMBER ... it tries to sell you products. I have placed a lock and freeze on all 3 Bureau for me..But this is only Equifax and they will not speak to me about this. I need help as to why a scam situation is allowed to do this with Equifax and I pay them with their Premier Plan to monitor!! My rights do seem to be violated and my online dispute on the 3rd DOE dispute is more than 30 days! ... Can you please assist me?
