I had a water filtration system installed in my home in XXXX. The company financed it through Castle Credit, LLC. and did not furnish me with the terms and conditions of such financing to include filming a lien against my property. When I sold the property, I was made aware of the lien. I believed the lien to be satisfied at the time of the purchase when my property sold in XXXX of XXXX, only to receive a letter later in XXXX stating that the account was going to collections unless I took immediate action. I called and set up a payment plan to get current, paying {$570.00} in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, then a payment of {$230.00} in XXXX to be caught up and resume my normal monthly payments of {$130.00} thereafter. The company reported to all three credit bureaus that the account was now in collections and remained in collections until I paid it in full XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the company, XXXXastle Credit, to get this matter fixed to no avail. I disputed it with the credit bureaus and their investigations sided with the company.
