On XX/XX/2021, I submitted a dispute to Equifax disputing an incorrect bankruptcy they continue to report. I have disputed this inaccurate account with them several times. Consequently, I had to dispute with the furnisher of this inaccurate information XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX ultimately removed the inaccurate account from my report. I provided proof of this fact in my recent dispute with Equifax and they still refused to delete the account. They even state in the verification they just sent me as being verified with XXXX. The 30 day clock on which they have to delete this invalid bankruptcy and all accounts associated with it, ends on XX/XX/2021. They have essentially wasted almost half a month, by responding that this account is verified when it clearly has been removed. This can even be found in the last CFPB response from XXXX, stating the bankruptcy has been deleted/removed from my report. At this point in time Equifax clearly disregarding all rule of law, and they are also ignoring the information from the furnisher of the information they are reporting. I will file a suit against Equifax for damages if they do not resolve this issue by XX/XX/XXXX. I will not accept them restarting the clock when they are in clear violation.
