Note to Experian : You have my authorization to conduct an investigation into my complaint. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am submitting this complaint in good faith on behalf of myself and no other individual. THERE IS NO UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPLAINT. This is my second attempt trying to resolve this matter through the CFPB. Accounts showing erroneous reporting patterns and unverified within FCRA guidelines. XXXX account # XXXX XXXX account # XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2021, Experian Information Solutions responded to my CFPB complaint with illogical, erroneous and incoherent account activity. I have attached a copy of such FCRA noncompliant account history to this CFPB complaint 2. On XX/XX/2021, I sent Experian Information Solutions a copy of such noncompliant FCRA reporting errors which I specifically pointed out the gaps in reporting activity or lack thereof. I also pointed out in clearly defined terms of the inability of Experian Information Solutions to provide me with clear proof that they have conducted a thorough investigation into the validity of these three accounts. Such documentation was received by Experian Information Solutions on XX/XX/2021. 3. Experian Information Solutions responded to my dispute on XX/XX/2021 and by sending me virtually no changes to the reporting of these accounts nor did they follow FCRA guidelines and delete these accounts. 4. I have attached proof of these reporting errors along with USPS receivable documentation. Experian Information Solutions has blatantly disregarded FCRA law multiple times by continuing to report these damaging and erroneous payment activity ; such that is ruining my credibility and ability to attain financial products. Please urge them to follow the law and delete these items from my credit profile.
