I got a copy of my credit report in XXXX, in XXXX I started calling to clear some debt. When I called Enhanced Recovery XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, the guy told me the debt was no longer with them and I needed to contact XXXX. I looked at my credit report in mid XXXX to confirm the changes but there was no change, that same debt and company is still listed. I filled out a despute the end of XXXX and I received back that the debt is correct and I still owe the amount to them. I called this am to the collector and the female rep confirmed they dont have my account so I cant pay them anything, I need to get in contact with XXXX, they said the account has been removed from them since XX/XX/2018. I just need clarity on why this debt is showing under them but when I reach out to them they say they dont have it.
