I have been a Wells Fargo customer For almost 28 years. I have been paying my mortgage on time regardless of my hardship. I have two mortgages and two homes that are financed through Wells Fargo Bank. In the past 28 years Wells Fargo has sent my home to foreclosure without helping me to modify it to a better interest rate. I still made my monthly payment on time regardless of my hardship. I have excellent payment history on both of my mortgages but yet Wells Fargo is reporting me 30 days late In XXXX of 2014. I tried to dispute with XXXX and XXXX and XXXX unfortunately the problem was not fixed. Now I am forced to file a complaint against Wells Fargo Bank for all their wrongdoings including destroying my credit while I've been a loyal customer. My loan has been transferred to another servicer. I am trying to refinance my house but the 30 days late is destroying my credit score and I can not get a reasonable interest rate based on my excellent credit history besides the 30 days late. Wells Fargo knows that I am a registered nurse working at XXXX XXXX 40 + hours taking care of covid patients I don't have time to waste removing this late but I have no choice at this time because I have to refinance and provide for my family a safe home
