Merchants Credit Association again closed my complaint Case # XXXX/ XXXX without resolving it. I have talked to them many times earlier and they are not willing to help. I had uploaded documents which clearly shows that I received a bill from Merchants Credit Association stating there is a due of {$200.00} on account XXXX and I have made payment of {$200.00} to Merchants Credit Association already. This is false reporting by Merchants Credit Association. I have never request to apply that amount to any other account. My payment of {$200.00} should be applied to account # XXXX. They are still charging me interest on the paid account number XXXX which is inappropriate. I am attaching documents again which show due amount on account number XXXX and my payment amount. This should make it clear.
