Someone fraudulently opened an account in my name. They also fraudulently opened a loan in my name. Both were fraudulently opened on the MoneyLion site.. probably on or around XX/XX/2021. I received a debit card in the mail and called MoneyLion customer service as soon as I received it, so as to report FRAUD. I was told that it would be closed and that I could shred the card. I did. However, I recently received information from my *actual* bank that MoneyLion tried to debit 2 things from my actual checking account on XX/XX/2021. As I had already been a victim of fraud, my bank has restricted debits from my account and will only allow debits that I approve. I rejected these. The debits appeared as the following on my actual ( XXXX ) account : XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$19.00} XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$44.00} I have been unable to contact anyone at MoneyLion about this. I guess it was a different phone number on the debit card ( that I have shredded and discarded ) than is shown on MoneyLion 's site, because I can not find my way to a person on their published customer service phone number. I submitted a web form on MoneyLion 's site asking to PLEASE CLOSE THE FRAUDULENT LOAN IMMEDIATELY. However, that is all that I have been able to do. I am not confident that this fraud will be shut down by MoneyLion, and I do not want my credit to be hurt because of XXXX
