CBF Services is reporting a collection on my credit file that needs to be removed. I have been disputing the account with them and the bureaus and this has not been removed. I was not aware about this debt and as soon as I was I paid it off immediately. I only found out because it was on my credit, I never received a 30 day right to dispute notice. This is a violation under the FCRA and for that I ask this collection be removed.
