Consumer Narrative

My car was repossessed around late XX/XX/XXXX or early XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I redeemed the vehicle within the allotted timeframe. I was told all monies past due, the next month 's payment, fees, and recovery charges were due in oder to redeem the car. So that is what I did. Within a few days of getting the car back, I received a bill saying I owed over {$100.00} after they just said everything was due before I could get the car back. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not reported to ANY of the credit bureaus nor provided me a statement or accurate balance since then. Every week most times several days a week I received harassing calls threatening to repossess my car even though I have made double and triple payments. I've had to take their word and pay whatever they said to pay. They kept saying they weren't bound by law to provide statements once the car had been repoed. This goes on for 27-28 months I had to write down what I paid, when and the balance. They said the was not any interest being charged at this point and the balance was simple, but they would confirm this with writing. On XX/XX/XXXX while getting ready to remit payment for the month XXXX XXXX of month XXXX they say 11 of my payments were reversed and the were picking my up, out to call back sayin it was a mistake. The balance was agreed back in XX/XX/XXXX that it was {$10000.00} and then XX/XX/XXXX the account status change and the balance Is now over {$15000.00}. They still have not fixed this " system issue '', no one has called back to give me an update on it and I been sending letters to XXXX XXXX XXXX and the credit bureaus every month since XX/XX/XXXX and neither have responded to any of my letters. By law, they are supposed to conduct their investigations and respond to the consumer wishing 30 days. Now they have decided to begin reporting again ( INACCURATELY with the balance and missing 27-28 months of history ) and have caused my score to drop almost 60 POINTS!!!
