Acima is a furniture loan company of which I had a lain that was paid and closed in XX/XX/XXXX. The company reports to XXXX. The loan misreported my balance and payment activity and is currently reporting a late, closed charged off account as recent as XX/XX/XXXX. On a recorded line 3 representative attest to the fact that this was Misinformation and they dont understand why it is reporting that way. Call hurry representative said they were sending me a letter via email that I should receive in 3 to 5 business days from the conversation that will support the fact that the reporting to XXXX was in accurate. I spoke to a representative during XXXX and two other representatives over the past week including today XX/XX/XXXX. The representative I spoke to today again said that she would resend the email. And I have yet to receive anything. The in accurate reporting has affected my credit worthiness and score.
