I have reached out several times to TransUnion and the other credit agency 's regarding several inaccuracies on my credit reports. Multiple letters were sent with the inaccuracies and a copies of the credit the report. I called TransUnion and was told they didn't have access to my credit report from 3 months prior and my credit score is computer generated??? All of this is confusing as these companies dictate how and where we live, what kind of car we drive and everything else we need to continue through our lives. The people I spoke to that represent these companies were not able to explain to me in a clear and concise way what the problems were. I am far from perfect and have made a lot of mistakes in my life but we are allowed to fix our mistakes. As I try to fix my history of mistakes I need my effort to reflect that. With these companies I have not experienced that reflection. For the first time in my life besides my student loan, I have less debt than I have in YEARS.!! Yet my credit score continues to plummet. I have several issues and I will send what I have on this computer but I may have to mail other documents. This has been going on for months. Any Help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure these companies are being held responsible for there action as the control peoples lives. I can't find a home due to all the inaccuracies, as you can imagine this is very STRESSful.
