We paid off our mortgage on our property located at on XX/XX/2021. We have received a letter indicating that our loan has been paid off but we have yet to receive, even after repeated calls to Security National Mortgage ... and promises that the closing documents/payoff packet would be sent out ... .with no results. Each time we speak with a customer service representative that seems to be quite helpful. They say that they are looking up our loan, and when they find the record, they look into notes ... and tell us that the information has been requested and would sent, rushed ... .etc ... .but nothing ever comes of our requests. I have asked if there is another phone number/manager that I can use to get this issue rectified and I am regularly told no. We are at a dead end at this point.
