I have filed disputes regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX and provided proof that they have been reporting an account that does not belong to me. They have now started to call me and attempt to collect the debt even with out providing proof or even investigating. I've had this dispute open since XX/XX/2020 and this has not been removed. I have had numerous problems due to XXXX XXXX data breach and they are not helpful at all in resolving issues. I'm trying to buy a home for my family but can not because they wont do what is required under the FCRA. I've written letters and called and there is no way to reach a person.
