I have been reaching out to this company for over a week via email and phone. I can not get any response from customer service. Recently my bank account I had linked to the account has been compromised and I am unable to access or use it at the moment. I have opened a new bank account and currently need to update it so I can make payments to close this account. They do not allow you to make this change on the website or app. You have to contact customer service to do such. But when you call and press XXXX to speak with an agent it says none are available. I have tried every work day for about a week and all throughout the day. I have sent numerous emails regarding this and still have not received a response. This is becoming extremely frustrating and not sure if this is even legal. Because I can not make payments with my new bank account I am receiving interest and late payment fees. Along with this I will receive a missed payment or late payment on my credit score which is at their fault because no customer service. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
