For over three months XXXX XXXX Has continually asked me for the same statements and information month after month. I have a XXXX FICO. I have never missed a payment in over 17 mortgages. I am only asking for time and terms on an existing 40 % XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is my loan officer. XXXX is one of her supervisors. I have been in constant contact with for three weeks trying to resolve this issue. He was the fourth such supervisor, or consumer advocate I have been in contact with to date. Incessant harassment for continuing to provide the same statement month after month. They are now increasing the cost of The Loan for each additional update to My loan
