Ive reached out this company in regards to pay off a loan borrowed from them and settled on the amount {$250.00}, from amount owed which is XXXX. I wrote them a check for {$250.00}, and its notated on the check negotiation of tender settles debt AND removal. Theyve accepted the check early XXXX. Months later, I examine my credit report to see NO updates to the entity on my credit report, even after payment and its been at least 3 months. Their in violation of FCRA laws and refusing to update in a timely manner as well as refusing to remove entity. My argument is the time it took to see any results wasnt reflected in the time given which is 30-45 days. Theyve had 2 extra months to supply an answer and have failed to do so.
