Trans Union credit reporting has locked me out of my account. They will not allow me to file a dispute against an incorrect reporting on my file. I reached out to their customer service, in an effort to get my file unlocked and they now say they can not find my record in their system. This is the same record that they are incorrectly reporting a collection account.I received this email back from them : Unable To Locate Account - Need More Information Dear Customer, We were unable to match your information to an account.
