I couldn't make my mortgage payment due to COVID and worked with Caliber to correct this. They claimed this as a natural disaster - like they were supposed to but also hit me with a 90 day late. this was not supposed to happen and it is effecting my score. This was never supposed to be reported as a late and they stated that to me when i called. My credit report shows different.
